The diary's tale

Hello all, it has been a long time, yes I know. Unfortunately I had to attend to REAL life work that has taken a lot of my attention. Oh yeah and I was also indisposed for a while, thank God for all.

Anyways, what happened at work. I and a colleague went for a conference in Johannesburg.
Johannesburg, err, it is alright, the weather I loved though, coming from 34 Celsius, almost everything is better.

Anyways, work started the very next day,  it was a three day program that comprised conferences, exhibitions, suits, old people, educating talks, interesting personalities etc.

Exhibition : airlines and cargo allied companies

new and i believe helpful contacts were made

yaay free food: i have no idea what those were.

Negotiations and deals on the spot

yaaaaawwwwn

SO much to say, I am skipping a lot. The conference was for 3 days and everyday was packed busy. The final day ended earlier basically because there was an extra activity for that day.

the capt said cracked jokes like this all the times i saw him

everyone's favorite Issa Baluch got a life achievement award

After lunch we all went back to dump the suits (was fun seeing very official people in casuals). Into the coach, for about an hour and half, and we got there.

And so the cocktail time, and I was on this table with my colleagues and some other Nigerians I met there. Bleaaaurgh, it was boring, I really didn’t want to be talking about the problems of Nigeria while having a cocktail in the cool breeze seeing the head of a giraffe, no it was a time to just chill , pleeease.

u really didn't expect me to put up the pic of the ppl i am talkin abt did u?

Unfortunately, the 2 ladies on the table were keeping to themselves, whatever. So I stood up to get a few bites and then on my way back, a lady accused me for not getting her one of the lovely souvenirs we had, and suddenly all eyes on the table on me, hmmmm, I instantly said, I am sorry I don’t understand English, and they all laughed (finally, a table to join.).
So from fun talk to some more fun talk, soon I realized I and this other girl were stretching over the unfortunate guy between us to have a discussion(lol). She is purely south African (black dad, white mum, gave her a nicely light toned caramel skin). The weird part was that she was slim and was still SOUTH AFRICAN (wink). We got talking a whole lot, stood to get some food, on the way back got dancing, with food in our hands, then back to the table. So with all the talking, she invited me over for a small party at her place that night, and yes I went.
At this point I bet you all are waiting to read some exclusive stuff, nope, sorry.

This story is about how after the party, I was looking for a place to rest a bit and I wound up in her sisters room where I stumbled on a book. I picked it up and opened, it was a diary, really? In 2013?  you know me, I like to know things, so I peeked a little. Ok may  be more than just a little.
Please find below, details of what I remember from reading the diary that night, well the part that interested me.

 And so it began........
